STUDIO RULES

Rules to keep our dance house operational, and to keep our dance family safe!

Tuition Rules

  • Tuition is due the first week of every month for the current month of classes. Tuition can be paid via check, cash, parent portal, or Venmo. A late fee of $20 per month will be added for each month that tuition is late. Late fees will be applied every first Saturday of the month if tuition is not paid. Refunds are not available for late fees.

  • House of Dance has three seasons per calendar year: Fall (August-December), Spring (January-June), and Summer (June-July). This has been put into place for families that want to dance, but are not too sure about the full commitment! We also love to consider our multi-talented dancers who play sports and are involved in school activities. Dancers must register for each dance season, however, if registered in a different season within the same calendar year, registration fee will be waived. All returning dancers must re-register in the Summer Season.

  • Tuition for the month will still be charged if your dancer is absent throughout the month. If dance classes are cancelled due to House of Dance Staff, weather, or other reasons, classes will be made up at a reasonable time, and will try to be at the convenience of the current class schedule.

  • If you are no longer interested in taking dance classes, please let the front desk know ASAP so we can update your account for further charges. This does not apply to competition classes

  • Christmas Recital T Shirt orders/payment are due Nov 1.

  • Spring Recital T-Shirt orders/payment are due May 1.

  • Spring Recital Costume Payments are due April 1.

  • Dancers that are interested in dancing in our opening numbers for our recitals can do so! The choreography will be learned at a later date, and will likely be at a different time than their scheduled class, TBD on the specific day. If interested, a $50 charge will be added to your account for both a recital T-shirt ($30), and choreography($20).

  • For tuition payment plan options, please see the front desk!

  • As a small business, timely payment is essential to our ability to operate. Any unpaid balances remain the responsibility of the account holder, and the studio reserves the right to take appropriate legal action if payment is not received.
